		Physician's verification is an important step in getting your medication delivered to you. Go Green Care must verify that you are an active medical marijuana patient before arrangements for recieving medications can be made.


Patient Verification - Receiving Your Medication Is Simple!
	Call 805.904.8373 to have your physician's recommendation verified. Provide us with your name, date of recommendation, doctor's name, and patient ID number. Your card will be verified and you will be provided with an estimated delivery time. Make a copy of your recommendation for the driver. If you are not able to make a copy, you may email us your current / valid recommendation at: new@gogreencare.com or fax it to 805.888.2854.
